Itinerary - Promiana circular route

We walk from Promiana through a forest to Bancciano.

From there we take a woodland track to Forlone then up onto Grottorotondo ridge (1068m).

We descend through the chestnut woods to Egaro where we eat a late lunch in Sassi before returning to Promiana.

Approx. 6 hours.
